- What counts as a message?
- One question a visitor asks that your assistant answers. If an answer fails and the visitor sees an error, that message is not charged.
- What happens when my messages run out?
- Your assistant pauses and shows visitors a short message. Nothing is deleted. Top up and it starts answering again within seconds. We email you when you are running low, and again if it pauses.
- Do messages expire?
- The 300 free messages never expire. Messages you buy last 12 months from your latest top-up, so topping up again keeps your whole balance.
- Is there a subscription?
- No. Each top-up is a one-time payment. Nothing renews and there is nothing to cancel.
